As we turn toward the conclusion of our series, we shift our focus from the joys of heaven to the pain of earth. Even though we spiritually understand that it’s really “not about now”—there is nothing that makes it more seem “all about me and all about now” than pain. CS Lewis once said that God “whispers to us in our pleasures…but shouts to us in our pains.” In this next-to-last message in our current series we will consider a big question: WHY is life so hard sometimes? As usual, the Bible had good answers for even our toughest questions.
