Stephen Ministry Focus (Jim Shelburne)

One of the drawbacks of being a large church is that there tend to be more people needs than there are shepherds to help meet them. Enter Stephen Ministry, a program at WACC designed specifically to provide loving support, shepherding and a caring, listening ear when people need these things. Today in our message time we will consider the WHAT and the WHY of Stephen Ministry, as we also commission additional Stephen Ministers to join the ranks of our other Stephen Ministers at WACC.
